I had the privilege of securing a speaking spot at The One Club’s "Where Are All The Black People" conference through its open voting format. My proposed topic and thoughtfully curated panelists received the highest number of votes among all submissions, a testament to the value and relevance of the discussion.
One of my most recent panels, "Speak Up, Speak Now: Owning Your Career from the Start," tackled how to grow your influence, the real value of mentorship, and the importance of bringing your authentic self to work. Alongside amazing voices like Desmond Marzette from TBWA\Chiat\Day, Oyinda Elias from Accenture Song, and Alicia Harris from United Entertainment Group, we armed attendees with the tools to lean in, step up, and take ownership of their careers.

I had the honor of participating in a powerful conversation with an inspiring group of seasoned executives and emerging professionals who reflect the rich diversity of the Black Diaspora. Together, we discussed how each of us is carving our own unique path, despite the challenges we face.
The panel featured a dynamic mix of ADCOLOR FUTURES, Advisory Board Members, and passionate advocates, sharing their vast experience from both the U.S. and around the globe. It was a truly uplifting discussion about leadership, resilience, and the importance of creating space for diverse voices in every industry.
