About

Strategic Storyteller. Culture Champion. Change Maker.

Hi, I’m Carlin Dixon—a culture-first strategist passionate about using the power of storytelling to solve real-world problems. I help brands create inclusive, impactful narratives that connect with audiences and drive business results.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible brands like Hilton, Henkel, Carnival Cruise Lines, Mayo Clinic, Brooklyn Film Festival, and FirstEnergy. I’ve led campaigns that push boundaries, like Persil’s 1800 Wardrobe Refresh at TBWA\Chiat\Day NY, which made waves as one of the top celebrity brand collaborations of 2024. I’ve always believed in blending traditional and digital marketing to craft innovative strategies that get results and build long-term brand growth.

But what really gets me excited? Working toward a more inclusive world. I’m deeply committed to DEI and have led the development of TBWA NY’s multi-year DEI strategy—creating lasting improvements in both employee engagement and business outcomes. From launching inclusive talent programs to embedding DEI principles into everyday work culture, I believe in making the workplace—and the world—more welcoming for everyone.

Outside of work, I’m actively involved in mentoring and advocating for diverse talent through my role as Co-Lead of the Alumni Engagement Committee for the ADCOLOR Advisory Board. The recognition I’ve received over the years—like being named Mr. ADCOLOR 2023 and included in Business Insider’s 50 Rising Stars of Madison Avenue (2021)—reminds me that the work matters, but the impact we have on people is what drives me the most.

Originally from Cleveland, I hold a B.A. in Media Production & Studies from Bowling Green State University, where I focused on media, race, representation, and culture.

I’m always open to new opportunities and collaborations. If you want to connect or just chat about culture, strategy, or anything in between, drop me a line at Carlinchased@gmail.com.
